It is always important to have REAL homemade vanilla on hand for baking and cooking. I use mine for making homemade vanilla bean ice cream by scraping a little off the beans inside the bottle! You can keep refilling the bottle up with any type of alcohol to make more extract when you are finished- just shake it every so often and let it sit for about 4-6 months like this bottle has and enjoy again! Beans are locally sourced from a small business in Georgia.
